Dany M. Bouchedid currently serves as president of the board of trustees of the Technology Channel Association (TCA), the indirect channel industry’s first trade association. Bouchedid also is the CEO of Interaqt Corp. (dba COLOTRAQ), a company he founded in 1999 with a vision of creating the premier sourcing management consulting firm for telecom and IT services. Today, COLOTRAQ brings buyers and sellers together in more than 1,300 markets across 221 countries and territories. Bouchedid also has taught a number of senior-level undergraduate business school courses, including strategic management, patterns of entrepreneurship and e-commerce. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and management from Montclair State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and international business from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Vince Bradley is the founder, president and CEO of Commerce Consulting Corporation. One of it’s DBA’s, World Telecom Group (WTG), is one of the largest master agencies in the United States. Mr. Bradley entered the telecommunications industry in 1993 as a sales representative for the Los Angeles-based Addtel Communications before founding WTG in 1996. With a vision for Energy, The Energy Division know as Energent, was founded in 2008 in response to the economic downturn that occurred during the latter part of that year. Mr. Bradley has served or is currently serving on advisory boards for Phone+ Magazine's Channel Partners Expo, AboveNet, ACC Business, Level 3 Communications, MegaPath, Mpower Communications, New Edge Networks, TelePacific Communications and XO Communications among others. Bradley also is a council member of The Gerson Lehrman Group and a founding member of the Board of Directors for Technology Channel Association (TCA), the first and only nonprofit association in the agent channel. He holds a bachelor's degree from UCLA.

Cary Bush is sales director for voice services at Logista, an enterprise VAR focusing on Cisco and Avaya UC technologies that is growing its consultative services to include voice/data WAN solutions through partner provided/channel alliances. Bush leads the company’s voice services business development efforts in the southeastern United States as well as the development of a professional services practice for both legacy and converged voice/data platform support and implementation. Previously, his experience has been in operations and account management with Lucent and Black Box Network Services. Bush is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University.

Matt Duray is president and CEO of The Connect Group, which specializes in helping businesses increase their profitability and competitive advantage through the proper deployment of technology. Duray is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 20 years in the telecommunications industry. He currently serves on the dealer advisory board for Great America, TAG National and Samsung Telecommunications America. He graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications.

Dan Foster is the chief sales and marketing officer at MegaPath Inc., where he manages the company’s sales, marketing and channel organizations. He has been instrumental in driving MegaPath’s rapid growth to become the leading provider of managed IP communications services in North America with 20,000 customers. Over the course of his career, Foster has helped to grow successful companies and channel organizations while CEO and president at Phoenix Networks and as vice president of consumer markets at Rhythms NetConnections. He received dual engineering and liberal arts degrees from Tufts University and graduated from Harvard Business School’s executive PMD program.

Greg Howard is co-founder of US Telecom Group, a telecom agency that offers a full portfolio of voice, data, Internet services and wholesale electric. The company focuses on government, nonprofit, educational and enterprise accounts and specializes in managing multilocation, multibill, multicarrier accounts. Prior to co-founding US Telecom Group in 2005, Howard spent 15 years in various positions in the telecom industry. He started his telecom career with CTC selling RBOC products nationwide, and then held both sales and management positions with Network Plus before running Nextel’s Government Sector as a senior government sales manager in the New York market.

Randy Jeter is a partner and lead consultant at Premiere Worldwide, a telecom consulting firm. Since 2008, Jeter has focused on redeveloping Premiere Worldwide’s core business approach and expanding it to include fee-based consulting, outsourced IT services, network monitoring, phone system RFPs, Web site development, application development and inventory/telecom expense management solutions. Previously, he was with PAETEC Communications where he spent seven years a channel manager in the Western Region and managing accounts such as Avaya and Inter-tel. His experience in telecommunications began in 1999 with Nextlink, which eventually became XO Communications.

Philip Josephson is the founder of the Law Office of Philip Josephson and focuses his practice on providing general counsel and strategic planning services to business leaders and business owners. As outside counsel to a variety of companies, the law firm is uniquely able to add value at the increasingly crowded and confusing intersection of law, finance, strategy and operations. Josephson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Miami, a juris doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, and an master’s degree in business administration from Columbia Business School. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Arizona Bar and the Federal Communications Bar.

Mark Landiak heads up the Wireless Business Owners Consortium (WIBOC), a trade organization aimed at providing wireless dealers with access to the products, services and strategies to help them increase sales and operate more efficiently and profitably. He also is president of Corporate Dynamics Inc., a Chicago-based training and consulting firm that specializes in helping wireless carriers, master agents, dealers and manufacturers grow sales, keep customers and more profitably manage their operations. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and contributor to magazines on sales, management and wireless technologies. Landiak also is a graduate of Penn State University.

Cameron Larson has been the principal of Astound Communications, which specializes in the sales of broadband and colocation wholesale products. Its clients include Sony, Hughes Telematics and Kratos Defense and Security. The company was named 2008 Growth Partner of The Year by Level 3 Communications Inc. Larson has more than 20 years of sales experience and more than 11 years in the telecom industry where he has honed skills, such as identifying and solving customer issues and managing complex solutions.

Daniel Lonstein is COO at AireSpring Inc., a telecommunications service provider for offering local, long-distance, Internet, conferencing and SIP/VoIP products. Previously, he served as COO for Addtel Communications. He also has served in sales and marketing functions both inside and outside of the telecommunications industry, including positions at On Target Market Research and Tel Aviv-based based USTM Partners. He also has consulted for various international telecommunications conglomerates.

Michael Machonkin is vice president of sales and marketing for GLOBALINX, where he focuses on the company’s sales growth, product development and marketing initiatives. His leadership has helped the company achieving revenue growth of more than 800 percent over the last four years and to be recognized for four consecutive years by Inc. 500 magazine as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies. Machonkin joined GLOBALINX’s parent company, 5LINX, in November of 2005 as its 13th employee. He was hired as the general manager and spearheaded the development and launch of GLOBALINX’s VoIP platform which included building out the company’s network, operations, marketing, product and sales aspects.

After 10 years of growth, Spectrum has evolved into a telecommunications lifecycle management (TLM) company. Previously, McCracken was a sales professional for companies, such as Cable & Wireless and Cincinnati Bell.

Greg Plum is the director of channel development for the Conference Group. Since he joined the company in 2000, his primary responsibility has been to establish and develop the company's wholesale program, which includes agent and private-label reseller programs. Under Plum’s direction, the Conference Group’s channel program has been recognized as an industry leader, having been named a top conferencing provider by Telecom Association members in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, as well as a PHONE+ Top 50 Channel Program recipient in 2007. In addition, Plum was named as a finalist for the PHONE+ 2009 Channel Executive of the Year Award.

Laura Principato is a networking solutions sales specialist with MSI Systems Integrators, a post she has held since January 2008. Her primary responsibilities are promoting carrier connectivity sales for the company’s current solutions and building a footprint in the marketplace. She brings more than 10 years of IT industry experience to her role, including leadership and account management. Previously, she was the director of marketing and business development for Qwest Communications International. In this role, Principato was tasked with all indirect channel marketing and business development. She also directed the sales incentives, technology focus groups, advisory council and growth programs. Principato has bachelor’s degrees in accounting and MIS from Clarke College.

Jeffery Ponts is executive vice president of Datatel Solutions Inc., a master agency he co-founded in early 2003. Ponts and his business partner, Daniel Langton, have grown Datatel Solutions into a national entity with eight agent managers and more than 300 agents. Previously, Ponts was a vice president and general manager at TelePacific Communications, where he was responsible for the Bay Area and Las Vegas markets with duties covering technical, administrative, and direct and channel sales. Ponts has more than 20 years of telecom experience covering LEC, CLEC and integration/software with the vast majority of his experience in channel sales and management.

Bill Power is CEO of the Agent Alliance, a consortium of master agencies, direct sales teams and individual agents. Power also is president and co-founder of ARG, a founding member of the Agent Alliance. ARG is a full-service telecom agency based in Washington, D.C., with more than 35 employees. Power founded the firm in 1991 with Greg Praske with whom he had spent 14 years running a national trade association. ARG, then known as Association Resource Group, initially represented switchless resellers and marketed primarily to national trade and professional associations located in the nation’s capital. Over the years, other products and services have been added to the company’s product line, creating a comprehensive portfolio for its clients.

Dale Stein co-founded Technology Assurance Group (TAG ), an association of 118 independent integrators providing $385 million of voice and data services to small to medium businesses throughout North America. He is responsible for developing TAG’s strategic planning and guiding its business development. Stein developed TAG’s proprietary Seven Step Sales Solution. He brings 30 years of entrepreneurial, sales and marketing experience to TAG. Stein also is CEO of IPx Connect, a provider of Web conferencing and e-learning solutions. The company is an authorized training center for the Converged Technologies Professional (CTP) certification. Previously, Stein served as CEO of INET Inc., a distributor of business telephony systems that was acquired by a CLEC in 2000. Stein also founded Westec Security Corp. and served as its CEO. Stein received a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering technology from DeVry University in Chicago and certification from Harvard University’s Small Company Management Program.

Terry has spent the last two years building a unique channel partner program from the ground up, ETA’s LINC Program. He has grown LINC from an informal networking group to a structured program with more than 30 active partners. ETA is a leading voice and data services provider serving more than 1,800 companies.

Dan Vidal is a co-founder and the managing director of Telecom Advisors Inc., an independent agency that specializes in advising companies on the procurement of voice and data telecom services. With more than 10 years in telecom experience, eight of those years at Telecom Advisors, Vidal brings a wealth of knowledge to the table from both a telecom perspective as well as a business executive management role including all aspects of running a successful telecom agent business. Telecom Advisors continues to enjoy double digit growth year over year and currently serves customers with an average annual telecom spend between $500,000 and $1 million. Vidal serves in a variety of leadership roles, both professionally and in the South Florida community where he lives.
