Josh Anderson
Mr. Anderson is the founder and CEO of Telephony Partners. His experience in telecommunications began with CDSI, a company that develops hardware and software to bring unique functionality to high-end IP- and software-based PBX clients. CDSI exposed Mr. Anderson to the telecommunications indirect sales channel and he became convinced that a rigorously ethical master agent guided by engineering expertise and a focus on agent support could grow to be best of class. He subsequently founded Telephony Partners in 2002 and the company continues to be guided by the principles Mr. Anderson envisioned, garnering praise from agents and carriers alike for integrity and vision. Carolyn April
Carolyn April, director of industry analysis for CompTIA, joined the organization in April 2010 as director of industry analysis after serving as editor for Channel Insider, a publication focused on news, information and resources for IT resellers and system integrators. Prior to that, April was a principal analyst for the Institute for the Partner Education & Development (IPED) and served as executive editor of VARBusiness, an award-winning IT channel print and online publication, and Redmond Magazine, which covers Microsoft technologies and the Microsoft user ecosystem. She also worked in editorial positions for InfoWorld and for daily and weekly newspapers in Massachusetts.
Clark Atwood
Clark Atwood is a principal and vice president for Tempe, Ariz.-based Concierge Communications, a master agent for more than 40 communications and technology providers. As a 20-year veteran of the computer and communication industries, Atwood is an active industry speaker and member of the Cloud Convergence Council and has established Concierge as one of the founding members of the Cloud Services Coalition. He has previously served on technology councils, successfully completed several technical sales certifications and held sales and management positions in the telecom and computer industries.
Peter Berg
Peter Berg is vice president, sales and marketing, for ServerCentral. Now in his third year at ServerCentral, Berg brings over 20 years of successful IT sales and sales leadership experience across the full IT stack of products, services, and outsourcing. In this role he leads sales, marketing, and channels for all cloud, IP, and managed infrastructure services offered worldwide by ServerCentral. Berg has held positions of escalating responsibility with well-known companies such as NCR, AT&T, France Telecom, Global Crossing and CompuCom Systems. He brings a wide breadth of experience in IT outsourcing, managed services, data center infrastructure and IP transformation.
Joe Berger
Joe Berger, senior director of unified services for InterCall, is responsible for managing the company’s business development and partner alliances. Since joining InterCall in 2001, he has been responsible for growing Web conferencing business, managing strategic partnerships and helping to define InterCall’s unified communications (UC) strategy. Berger is currently focused on InterCall’s UC growth, working closely on the company’s strategic partnership with Microsoft in the launch of Office 365 and Lync Online.
Laura Bernstein
Laura Bernstein is the president and co-founder of CRA Inc., a Massachusetts-based telecom management company formed in 1999. CRA provides outsourced helpdesk for telecommunications services to SMB customers through agents, subagents, VARs and VADs. This service, which can be sold directly or white-labeled, includes monthly proactive auditing, provisioning, MACs, repair resolution and optimization for voice, data, mobile and cloud computing services. CRA recently was elected Small Business of the Year; has been featured on the cover of PHONE+ magazine and highlighted on the cover of Business West. A member of the telecommunications industry for more than 20 years, Bernstein is a graduate of Springfield College. She also is a member of the 2010-11 Channel Partners Advisory Board.
Anne Brogan
Anne Brogan brings more than a decade of telecom experience to her role as agent program manager at Nitel. Her wide range of expertise includes business development, sales, network operations, training and technology services. Along with Nitel's channel managers, Brogan provides a layer of support for the company's agents across the country. She is responsible for improving communication, providing training opportunities, managing promotions and raising awareness of resources, such as Nitel's recently launched mobile application. Brogran previously was with American Telesis and Hargray Communications. She began her career as a software developer and holds a bachelor's degree from Villanova University.
Ben Bronston
Ben Bronston is a nationally recognized expert in the field of telecommunications law and regulation. He has developed an extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory issues affecting agents, VARs, TEM consultants, carriers, resellers and providers of new technologies, such as hosted PBX and SaaS/cloud services. He has provided advice and counsel to many of the most highly regarded agencies, consultants and service providers in the industry and was recently selected as the winner of the Telecom Association's 2010 Member's Choice award in the telecom legal category. Bronston has served as a director for several telecommunications companies, including most recently a triple-play provider of satellite television, high-speed Internet and telephone services. He was also a co-founder of a private venture capital fund dedicated exclusively to the communications industry and is a former member of the Channel Partners Advisory Board. Bronston is a summa cum laude graduate of Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business and Tulane Law School.

Sandy Butler Buchanon
Sandy Butler Buchanon is national sales director for ACC Business. She has had a distinguished career with AT&T that spans more than 27 years and has included such positions as communications technician, account executive and sales manager in direct sales, as well as human asset, learning manager, marketing manager and sales manager ACC Business indirect sales. Buchanon directs and develops implementation of sales strategies of revenue retention and growth plans, integrates and implements sales proposals targeted for independent sales agents and manages overall team performance of 35 sales professionals, including special pricing and technical sales staff, among other duties.
David Byrd
As vice president, sales and marketing, David Byrd, is responsible for the Broadvox and Cypress Communications corporate marketing, commercial and channel sales programs. Byrd was the vice president of channels and alliances for Telcordia and director of ebusiness development with i2 Technologies. As CEO of Planet Hollywood Online, he pioneered early Internet technologies building an entertainment and ecommerce website. He has also held executive positions with Hewlett-Packard, Sprint and Ericsson. In addition, Byrd educates and entertains via his blog, SIP and Serve by a Foodie, providing timely industry news commentary and sharing his passion for cooking.
Tim Byrnes
Tim Byrnes, director of member communities at CompTIA, leads the company's unified communications, cloud/Saas, and health care IT communities. CompTIA communities are the foundation of the association's initiatives, programs, education and research. These member-driven groups collaborate to advance specific technologies, vertical markets or business segments that are vital to the IT industry. Byrnes is an experienced technology industry professional and an avid IT channel advocate. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Byrnes came to CompTIA with a wealth of strategic alliance, partner and channel development/management experience, including positions at Savvis, MCI, UUNET, Qwest Communications and Aspen Systems.

Lori Cornmesser
Lori Cornmesser joined Juniper in January 2003 and is the vice president of service provider sales, Americas, with responsibility for aligning go-to-market, managed service business development, strategy and planning. Cornmesser has more than 17 years of channel product and service sales, program and portfolio development and strategic partner management experience. Previously, she was the vice president of worldwide sales operations and channel development for Riverstone Networks. Prior to that, she held executive positions in the semiconductor and equipment manufacturing sector. Cornmesser holds a master’s degree in business administration from Columbus University.
Ron Culler
Ron Culler is co-founder and CTO of Secure Designs Inc., a managed Internet security provider to small and medium businesses. He is responsible for the design and development of the company’s proprietary technology, including its Firelan managed Internet security service with secure e-mail. Culler has more than 20 years of experience in the high technology industry and served for 10 years with the United States Naval Security Group. His professional memberships include the Computer Security Institute (CSI), CompTIA, MSPAlliance and Gerson Lehrman Council.
Craig Dingwall
Craig Dingwall is an attorney with Technology Law Group. He has more than 30 years of experience representing Fortune 500 telecommunications companies, master agents, subagents, carriers and resellers on business formation, licensing, regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation and other matters. Prior to entering private practice, Dingwall spent more than 25 years at Sprint, most recently as Sprint's director of state regulatory affairs in Washington, D.C. He has published dozens of articles and presented on a variety of telecommunications topics, including agency, contracts and compensation.
Colombo DiSalvatore
In 2001, Colombo DiSalvatore founded C4 Communications, a full service telecommunications agency and consulting firm. He is responsible for new business development and managing a small staff focused on serving its Northeast-based clientele. DiSalvatore has 12 years of telecommunications sales experience which was preceded by several years of experience working in his family’s marketing business.
Christine Dover
Christine Dover is Research Manager, Software Channels Research with IDC’s Software Business Solutions Group. Christine provides insight and analysis into global software vendors and their channel partners including Value Added Resellers (VARs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Systems Integrators (SIs). She researches and consults with clients on topics such as software channel strategies, partner programs, marketing communications between vendors and partners, the effect of Cloud Computing on partner business models, and the use of social media in all of these areas.

Prior to joining IDC, Christine spent over twenty years in the software industry, including 13 years at Oracle Corporation where her last position was managing the global Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) program including the partner portal, partner enablement, and merging acquired company partner programs into OPN. Christine has extensive experience in professional services, sales and consulting enablement, product management and marketing, and business development. Most recently she led professional services for a SaaS business services provider as they transformed the business from focusing on services for very small businesses to the mid-market. Christine holds a BA from St. Mary's College of California and a Masters in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University. She is located in IDC's San Mateo, CA office.
Ron Dunworth
Ron Dunworth, is president and CEO of Advoda Communications Inc., a master agent located in Denver that has been very successful in providing packet based network solutions for their clients. An early adopter of hosted VOIP, Advoda has since developed agency relationships with product vendors in the IP space and has been actively selling IP-based services since 2002. The effort on providing holistic support for the end client has been the driving factor for developing back-office support, both pre- and post sale for clients' projects. Their processes and personnel have supported their effort to evolve into the managed services arena.
Karin Fields
Karin Fields started in telecom when she joined MicroCorp in 1994 provisioning agent partners' orders for a single carrier. She has held several different positions within the company, including vice president of provisioning, vice president of quality assurance and most recently, vice president of sales. She is involved in all strategic decisions within MicroCorp. Fields has been instrumental in developing the processes and procedures for managing the life cycle of an opportunity from quoting to post-sales support. This helped lay the foundation for MicroCorp's back office management system, Nautilus.
Dan Foster
Dan Foster is the chief sales and marketing officer at MegaPath, where he manages the company’s sales, marketing and channel organizations. He has been instrumental in driving MegaPath’s rapid growth to become the leading provider of managed IP communications services in North America with 20,000 customers. Over the course of his career, Foster has helped to grow successful companies and channel organizations while chief executive officer and president at Phoenix Networks and as vice president of consumer markets at Rhythms NetConnections. He received dual engineering and liberal arts degrees from Tufts University and graduated from Harvard Business School’s executive PMD program.
Graham Francis
Graham Francis is the CEO for The SIP School and Vocale Ltd. He has been working in IT and telecom for 25 years. Francis founded Vocale Ltd in 2000 to provide technical training for corporate staff on topics ranging from networking and VoIP to Microsoft Server products. The SIP School was launched in 2006 to provide training and certification on the SIP protocol underpinning unified communication products and services. The SIP School Certified Associate (SSCA) certification program is endorsed by TIA, Bicsi, Mitel and Panasonic and has partnerships with Weston, Avaya, DevConnect, Toshiba, NEC, Acme Packet and others.
Hilary Gadda
Hilary Gadda, director of TelePacific's telepartner channel, oversees the success of the company's agent channel. She has been instrumental in helping agencies and customers achieve success by aligning their specific goals and strengths through partnerships to realize tangible business results. Gadda helped the channel achieve triple digit growth and has been a key enabler in its ongoing growth and participation in the revenue plan. Today, the channel contributes more than 40 percent of TelePacific's annual revenues. Prior to joining TelePacific in 2001, Gada worked at i7 Interactive, Teleglobe Business Solutions, Frontier Communications and MFS.
Deborah Gannaway
Deborah Gannaway, president and CEO of DG Technology Consulting, has more than 20 years of IT experience building and managing industry-leading technology organizations. She began her career with CA (formally Computer Associates) in Houston, working with IT operations and security teams. She held various positions in the Southeast and Central United States for CA, relocating to offices in New York and Florida. In 2006, Gannaway left CA to start DG Technology Consulting. Over the last two years, the company has expanded in size and portfolio to include a services practice, security practice and infrastructure management and automation practice.
Dave Gilbert
Dave Gilbert is CEO of SimpleSignal, a cloud communications provider he founded in 2004. Today, SimpleSignal serves tens of thousands of satisfied of small and medium businesses in all 50 States and three countries and has has been named as one of the Inc. 500, fastest growing companies. Gilbert has become known in the industry as the "Big Cheese" and is a blogger, thought leader and frequent speaker at industry events. The serial entrepreneur has two master's degrees from Biola University and enjoys surfing near his hometown of San Clemente, California.
Kevin Goodman
Kevin Goodman, director of channel marketing and strategic development for Broadview Networks, has more than seven years of experience in the telecommunications and cloud services industries. He is responsible for all aspects of Broadview’s channel strategy, including marketing, product roll out, contracts, sales support, training, partner portal, partner management and development. He is also part of the Broadview Partner Advisory Board, which seeks inputs and advice from top channel partners on all aspects of Broadview’s channel business. Goodman plays an integral part in the development success of the company’s channel sales force, which is comprised of more than 300 channel partners nationwide.
Matt Harty
Matt Harty, president and CEO of Converged Network Service Group (CNSG), founded the company after more than 20 years of experience in the data and telecommunications industry. CNSG is one of the largest and fastest growing master agencies in the channel. Harty was previously president of XO Communication's commercial division, where he was responsible for the sales, marketing and service implementation of XO's products to business customers across the U.S. Before that, he held senior leadership positions with MCI and Allnet Communications. Harty earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Villanova University.
Khali Henderson
Khali Henderson is editor in chief of Channel Partners (formerly PHONE+), the unrivaled source of industry information and analysis for agents, brokers, dealers, interconnects, VARs, systems integrators and aggregators of network-based communications and computing services. Henderson has been contributing to Channel Partners as a reporter, editor and freelance writer since 1988 and has been its editor in chief since 1998. Henderson's career also includes seven years in public relations during which time her client list included the Telecommunications Resellers Association (now COMPTEL).
Greg Iuzzolino
Greg Iuzzolino is Director of Sales for the Time Warner Cable Business Class Partner Channel. With over 15 years of sales and management experience, he is responsible for all indirect channel sales nationwide for TWCBC. Prior to joining the company, Greg worked in various senior level posts, most recently at British Telecom where he ran all of sales and marketing for the NJ sales region. He has a BS in Management Science from Kean University.
Jeff Kaplan
Jeff Kaplan is the CEO and founder of Breakthrough Technology Group (BTG), a leading IT and telecommunications solution provider. He has catapulted BTG to its current position as AT&T's highest revenue generating solution provider. Kaplan is a tenured industry veteran with more than 20 years under his belt. Prior to launching BTG, he served as the national director of complex solutions at AT&T. In that role, he directed a nationwide team that supported the complex networking, IT/telecomm convergence, stadium construction and application hosting for AT&T's Fortune 2000 clientele.
Pete Keane
Pete Keane is the founder and president of Outreach Technology LLC, a national managed services provider of information technology and telecommunications equipment and services. Outreach is also an authorized independent software vendor and consulting partner for Salesforce.com. Keane has expanded Outreach nationally to become a multi-million dollar company, through a unique partner distribution program that now has hundreds of agents and VAR companies participating nationwide. He has more than 23 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries. Prior to opening Outreach, he spent 13 years with Sprint and MCI.
Scott Kinka

Chad Krantz
Chad Krantz, executive director of channel sales for Broadvox Communications, is a skilled sales and marketing executive with a deep telecommunication industry background. His vast experience with telecom hardware and networks built for the SMB and enterprise telecommunication marketplace provides him with a keen understanding that benefits his channel partners. Krantz has more than 15 years in the communications industry. Prior to joining Broadvox, Krantz held management positions with NewSouth Communications, NuVox Communications and Carrier Services Inc. Donna Kruse
Donna Kruse, region manager for TeleProviders, joined the company in 2009, tasked with moving the firm upmarket into the large enterprise space. She is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience. Kruse's tenure with companies including AT&T, Lucent Technologies and most recently Qwest Communications earned her numerous sales achievement awards as well as customer accolades. With expertise in data networking and call center operations, she brings both a high level of professionalism and a laser focus on business-driven results. Kruse holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Iowa.
Angela Leavitt
Formerly the director of marketing for a leading hosted PBX provider, Angela Leavitt launched Mojo Marketing Inc. to help telecom and technology companies more effectively accomplish their marketing goals. Specializing in branding, public relations and social media, Leavitt works with companies to increase profits and revenues through strategic marketing plans and tactics. Passionate about marketing and telecommunications, Leavitt is also a self-proclaimed social media addict. She blogs regularly for Channel Partners, sharing sales and marketing tips, ideas and strategies.
Brian Leonard
Brian Leonard is the co-founder and chief mojo-fying officer (CMFO) at Mojo Marketing. With more than eight years of experience in marketing, revenue generation and process improvement, Leonard oversees new marketing product management, client experience, and internal quality and process control. Prior to Mojo Marketing, he created and developed Triumph Business Solutions, an Internet marketing consulting firm. Before that he worked at MRSI Consulting. Leonard earned a master's degree in business administration from Arizona State University. He is an Advanced Toastmasters Bronze and the author of an MBA-level employee management textbook, "Performance Management: Concepts, Skills and Exercises."
Bill Leutzinger
William Leutzinger is co-founder of TelecomMedic, an Internet-based agency that provides online quotes and trouble tickets, and a part-time instructor in the telecommunications graduate program at DePaul University. Previously, he founded telecom agency WRL Communications after spending two years in major account management for SBC in the early 2000s. He also has owned and operated two telecommunications recruiting businesses, CareerCom and GreatNewJob.com. Leutzinger earned a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from Ball State University and a master’s degree in information communication sciences.
Brendon Liner
Brendon Liner is the founding partner of nology, a Minneapolis/Saint Paul based cloud Integrator and IT Consultancy. He has held technical, design, and sales positions in the CLEC world with both Integra Telecom and Frontier Communications. Liner also has extensive knowledge of VoIP and helped design and build the infrastructure for a local Minneapolis based hosted PBX startup. He completed his college degree at Indiana University and is a Certified Integrator with the Cloud Services Coalition. Liner founded nology in 2009 and currently manages the company’s VAR channel as well as overall sales and marketing operations.
Andrew Lipman
Andrew Lipman is senior partner, telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) group, for Bingham McCutchen LLP. He has spent more than 30 years developing the TMT group into one of the largest practices of its kind in the nation. He practices in virtually every aspect of communications law and related fields, including regulatory, transactional, litigation, legislative and land use. The TMT Group is international in scope, representing clients in the U.S., Central and South America, Europe, Asia and other parts of the world. Lipman is also co-founder and the first chairman of the Association of Local Telecommunication Services (ALTS).
John Macario
John Macario is managing director of TelcoFuture, a consulting company that helps clients successfully launch IP communications and cloud services products into the business market. A widely recognized thought leader in the telecommunications industry, Macario is regularly quoted in the trade press and international publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and the Financial Times. Prior to founding TelcoFuture, John was SVP product strategy for Optimum Lightpath, a subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corporation, and president of Savatar, an industry leading research and consulting firm. He retains his charter membership in Red Sox Nation despite residing in New York City.
William Madison
William Madison is the director of channel sales for Alliant Technologies, Morristown, N.J., a provider of IT and managed services solutions. He is responsible for developing channel partnerships that benefit from the IT and telco industry convergence. During his 16-year career in the telecom industry, Madison has held senior sales management roles and most recently was owner of a New Jersey-based telecommunications consulting firm. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. He also is a member of the 2011-12 Channel Partners Conference & Expo Advisory Board.
Joseph Magliulo
As director of alternate sales channels for Cablevision Systems Corp., Joseph Magliulo is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's agent program within the Optimum Business Sales division. A 22-year veteran of the telecommunications industry, Magliulo joined Cablevision in October 2005. Previously, he served as marketing manager for KeySpan Communications and before that was the founding executive of Xenyn Ltd., a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) serving clients in the New York and Florida marketplaces. Prior to Xenyn he was the director of alternate sales channels for North American Telecommunications Corp.
Heather Margolis
Heather Margolis is an entrepreneur and founder of Channel Maven Consulting. She has led channel programs for companies such as EMC, EqualLogic and Dell. She helps channel organizations build smarter channel programs, manage channel relationships to find added value and engage their communities through social and traditional media. She is passionate about relationships and lends this passion to channel programs. A proud alumna of Babson College's MBA program, Margolis grew up in Massachusetts. She is a six-time Pan-Mass Challenge cyclist who enjoys biking, hiking and attempting to ski.

Kevin B. McDonald is executive vice president and director of compliance practices at Alvaka Networks, a 28-year strong network services and security firm in Irvine, Calif. He is a trusted technology and security expert and public policy advisor to some of America's most influential people and organizations. Brad Miehl
Brad Miehl is founder and CEO of MicroCorp Inc, one of the nation's leading telecom master agencies. Under his direction, MicroCorp supports and manages over 1,500 agents and VARS nationwide. MicroCorp maintains carrier agreements with more than 35 vendors and supports its business via an internally developed cloud based application called Nautilus. Founded in 1986, MicroCorp is a Graduate Member of the Advanced Technology Development Center at Georgia Tech and serves on the advisory board of many different telecommunication carriers and associations.

Kim Niederman, senior vice president of sales at 8x8 Inc., is responsible for the company’s sales organization, sales partners and channel development. Niederman is an experienced senior executive with a proven track record at public and private companies, including Cisco Systems, Wang Laboratories, Polycom, FORE Systems and LongBoard. As senior vice president of worldwide sales at Polycom, Niederman grew sales from $420 million in 2003 to $920 million 2007. He also served as president and CEO of LongBoard, Inc., a leading software-based Class 5 IP services platform startup that deployed its softswitch technology to telecom service providers worldwide.

Kevin O’Toole is senior vice president of product management and strategy for Comcast Business Services and is responsible for life cycle management of voice, video and data products serving small business, enterprise and carrier customers. He has been with Comcast Business Services since it launched in 2006 and has played a key role in its growth to a more than 1 billion dollar business. He has served as a Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) board member since July 2008. Prior to his current role, O’Toole held various marketing, strategy and R&D leadership positions in the cable, telecom and private equity industries.

Prior to Aberdeen, Park managed telecom environments at Bose Corporation and Teradyne and was responsible for billing and training operations at multiple CLEC organizations.
Jo Peterson
Jo Peterson joined Teleproviders, a southern California master agent in 2009 as a regional sales manager with responsibility for broadening the carrier portfolio, developing strategic vertical sales efforts and aligning a go-to-market strategy in the cloud services space. Peterson is a telecom veteran with tenure at MCI, Intermedia Communications and Qwest Communications in both pre-sales technical and selling roles. Peterson holds an master's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

Andrew Pryfogle
Andrew Pryfogle is the founder, president and CEO of Terrapin Solutions, a cloud services integrator and master agency headquartered in San Francisco’s East Bay. Pryfogle started Terrapin to address the growing demand for cloud services such as hosted VoIP, cloud computing and cloud infrastructure. He has been in the telecommunications industry for 23 years and has held senior sales leadership positions with carriers such as AT&T, MCI and WorldCom. In 2001 Pryfogle helped start GoBeam Communications, which was sold in 2004 to Covad Communications where Pryfogle spent three years running the channel. He is also co-founder of the Cloud Services Coalition.
Peter Radizeski
More than 10 years ago, Peter Radizeski started servicing the ISP industry as a telecom agent. His Novell and Cisco training enabled him to offer something more than just a price quote. Radizeski eventually lent himself to his clients to help sell their ISP services to their customers. This led to consulting on marketing plans and business strategy. Radizeski studies and writes about the telecom industry. His next book, about selling cloud services, is scheduled for release at the end of the year.

Over the past decade Chris Ragland has served as a principal in over a dozen companies providing various levels of leadership and support. His specializations include navigating rapid business change, mapping processes during periods of ambiguity, forming and developing teams and driving creativity for product and process development. Currently, Ragland is a principal in Order Experts LLC, an enterprise mobility solutions company. Robert Reams
Robert Reams is the senior manager for technical business development and partner education for Westcon. He has worked extensively in the IT communications industry, including 11 years with AT&T/Lucent/Avaya in various technical sales positions, including field sales engineer, corporate systems engineer and senior consultant. Some of Reams' clients included Union Pacific, Anheuser Busch and PayPal/Ebay. Reams was responsible for educating thousands of Avaya sales teams on selling and positioning Avaya data and VoIP/SIP solutions during his time at Avaya.

Rob Richardson
Rob Richardson is director of sales engineering for Nitel. A 30-year veteran of telecom, he leads the design and implementation of client networks nationwide. Prior to Nitel, Richardson spent 10 years in business development and sales engineering roles for data network and VoIP companies. He started his career as an engineer at Bell Labs, where he worked on the development of leading edge data hardware and systems, such as ATM switches, cable modems, VoIP, and 2G and 3G wireless technology. During his time at Bell Labs, Richardson secured a patent relating to multipoint broadband access networks.
Nancy Ridge
Since 2005, Nancy Ridge has been vice president for master agency Telcombrokers where she has focused on relationship building and process automation to drive growth of more than 300 percent. Previously Nancy was vice president of sales for ATI, where she was responsible for creating and managing the indirect sales channel. Prior to that Ridge was a vice president for a consulting firm that pioneered the TEM concept and also was a a principal in a demand-side energy service company for 10 years.
Alex Rogers
Alex Rogers is a revolutionary thinker who has significantly contributed to the IT channel. He is founder and president of CharTec, a “Beyond HaaS” provider that helps technology companies transition to the next level of annuity-based profitability as managed service providers (MSPs). CharTec was developed exclusively for IT service providers who support small to medium-sized businesses. The company provides custom hardware at no upfront cost to its partner base of over 700 companies as well as industry specific sales, marketing and MSP operation training at its facility in Bakersfield, Calif.

Jim Safran is president of GreenAppX, founded in 2008 to streamline the channel’s entry into selling cloud services. Craig Schlagbaum
Craig Schlagbaum is the vice president of indirect channel sales for Comcast business class services. In this role, he manages Comcast's indirect channel partner team and the overall indirect channel programs for business services. Prior to Comcast, Schlagbaum managed the indirect channel team for Level 3 Communications. He has spent more than 21 years in various indirect channel roles in sales, marketing and business development with NTT/Verio, Qwest Communications, IBM Corp. and Sony Corp. He has been recognized as a top channel executive by Channel Partners magazine. Schlagbaum holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Shawn Schmidt
Shawn Schmidt founded Digital Planet in 2000 after spending time with AT&T, Qwest and Cable & Wireless. He has 20 years of telecom sales, marketing and management experience. In his role as president of Digital Planet, Schmidt is responsible for creating the company’s strategic plan and ensuring the proper tactical execution of that plan. Joe Schurman
Joe Schurman is the founder and CEO of Evangelyze Communications. Considered a domain expert within the Microsoft Lync and Microsoft Communications Server products and development platform, he has provided consulting and research within the information technology industry and with Microsoft for the past 17 years and is a six-time Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP). John Siefert
John Siefert joined VIRGO as CEO in 2010 after a 15-year career with United Business Media (UBM), where he was senior vice president of the InformationWeek Business Technology Network. He played a pivotal leadership role in transitioning InformationWeek from a print-centric publisher to an online network of websites, digital products and peer-to-peer analyst business. Prior to joining VIRGO and UBM, Siefert held multiple account management positions with Winston Advertising and Marketing Communications, where he worked on HDS, Polycom and a host of other enterprise IT accounts. Gregg Smith
Gregg Smith is the CEO of Proximiti Communications. Proximiti provides small and medium business phone systems and VOIP services, but also develops software for mobile phones and servers that leverages wireless devices with business systems through its CellTRAKR and Proximiti Health Network products. Smith believes that linking communications devices, software and management systems software provides great benefits for business productivity and is the future of focused communications service providers and integrators. Before Proximiti, Smith was the founder and CEO of Z-Tel Communications. In 1991, Smith co-founded PGi, a major conferencing and electronic meetings company.

Kimberly Smith, director of AT&T alliance channel marketing, has worked in the telecommunications industry for more than 20 years with Ameritech, SBC and AT&T. Her roles have covered the gamut from network services, regulatory, operations, sales merchandising, and most recently and extensively in marketing covering both product and channel roles. David Sobel
David Sobel is the founder and CEO of Evolve Technologies, a firm that provides IT and computer networking services to small businesses in Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia. Prior to joining Level 3 Communications, Williams held senior sales and business development positions with LINKSYS and Cisco Systems.
Tem Wu
Tem Wu has been the wireless manager at World Telecom Group for the last few years. He has been in the wireless industry since 1996 and has sold wireless/mobility services and equipment from all carriers. Prior to joining WTG, he worked directly for Sprint. Wu is largely responsible for WTG Wireless winning the TA's Members Choice for Mobility for the last three years in a row.
Geoff Yearack
Geoff Yearack is the director of wireless for Telecom Brokerage Inc. (TBI). His ability to get wireless projects up and running has enabled partners to take the best advantage of adding wireless technology to their portfolios. Prior to joining TBI, Yearack was a founding partner at Voda Communications and served as the director of operations at Strategic Telecom Solutions, one of Sprint's largest partners nationwide. In his tenure there he worked on projects for Fortune 500 companies. Yearack's experience handling these large clients has seasoned him to be an expert with these types of relationships.
