TCA's CTP initiative is a telecommunications industry professional certification that verifies product and services application knowledge as well as education, technical expertise and work experience of individuals so designated. The CTP program represents the first critical step to build an industry standard around technical concepts and business practices that include: voice communications, core telecommunications concepts, core data communications concepts, options for infrastructure facilities, wireless infrastructure, telecommunications history, data communications, Internet, managed services, agent business practices and TCA’s Code of Ethics. This session is an accelerated study course for the CTP exam.

About the Certified Telecommunications Professional (CTP) Program
