Channel Partners has teamed with the premier IT industry association, CompTIA, to host the first-ever Agent-VAR Workshop. This interactive seminar presents a timely opportunity for channel partners from the telecom and IT worlds to find common opportunity. With the increasing convergence of IT and telecom, agent-VAR partnerships are evolving from simple lead swapping to contractual collaboration on customer engagements. Participants in this workshop will help to define the optimal relationship and potential points of failure and begin developing best practices about how to initiate and formalize these relationships – from conversation to contracts.
