For private, one-on-one face time with your top clients away from the hustle and bustle of your booth, be sure to book a Meeting Room. For your convenience, Meeting Rooms are located in the convention area so you don’t waste time and money taxiing between hotels and restaurants for your important client and prospect meetings.
Meeting Rooms must be booked directly through show management. Furniture is included in the price of the sponsorship. Sponsor will assume all ancillary costs such as Food and Beverage and Audio Visual orders.
