Carolyn April, director of industry analysis for CompTIA, joined the organization in April 2010 as director of industry analysis after serving as editor for Channel Insider, a publication focused on news, information and resources for IT resellers and system integrators. Prior to that, April was a principal analyst for the Institute for the Partner Education & Development (IPED) and served as executive editor of VAR Business, an award-winning IT channel print and online publication, and Redmond Magazine, which covers Microsoft technologies and the Microsoft user ecosystem. She also worked in editorial positions for InfoWorld and for daily and weekly newspapers in Massachusetts.

Clark Atwood is an advisory board member and co-founder of the Cloud Services Coalition, a consortium of master agencies focused on cloud services. He also is also president of Concierge Communications, a master agent for more than 40 communications providers. A 20-year veteran of the computer and communication industries, Atwood has been a VAR business owner and has served as the chairman of the Novell Gold and Small Business Councils. He also has worked in sales and management for VARs that focused on local area networks, storage area networks, clustered firewalls, security, software development and more. Atwood has obtained many technical sales certifications, notably as an IVR/ACD engineer. He also is a member of the 2011-12 Channel Partners Conference & Expo Advisory Board.

Pam Avila is founder of Sierra Summit Group, a consulting group formed in 2002 to address the challenges of building a convergence channel. She also is the Channel Expert on the analyst team for UCStrategies, an industry resource on supported by an alliance of industry advisers, analysts and consultants. Avila is the creator and manager of UCStrategies’ annual UC Summit event. Her channel expertise comes from both managing channel sales organizations and mentoring a nationwide group of “convergence” VARs and telecom dealers called CT Pioneers, which was later merged with CompTIA.

Tim Basa is vice president sales for national telecommunications provider BullsEye Telecom, where he leads the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. A charismatic speaker well known for his tell-it-like-it-is style and real-world content, Basa has enjoyed success with his street-smart selling, marketing for maximum results and ability to inspire and motivate. He has conducted trainings nationally, and his articles appear online, in newsletters and in magazines. His industry accolades include being selected as a Telecom Master Mind by PHONE+ magazine, a Power Seller by Crain’s Detroit Business and a finalist for Channel Partners magazine's Channel Executive of the Year.

Laura Bernstein is the president and co-founder of CRA Inc. Formed in 1999, CRA is a Massachusetts-based company providing telecom help desk support to midsized businesses throughout the United States. Services include monthly proactive auditing, provisioning, MACs, repair resolution and retention calls, as well as optimization for voice, data, mobile and cloud computing services. CRA was recently elected Small Business of the Year, has been featured on the cover of PHONE+ magazine and was highlighted on the cover of Business West. A member of the telecommunications industry for more than 20 years, Bernstein served on the 2010-11 Channel Partners Advisory Board.

Tiffani Bova is a vice president of research with Gartner, where she works in the IT Marketing and Channel Strategies group covering the topics of IT channel programs, sales and alliances worldwide. Her area of specialization includes the development of comprehensive indirect channel programs, go-to-market sales coverage models, and partner recruitment and enablement. In addition, Bova conducts significant public speaking and publishing in leading industry periodicals on these topics. She is also the analyst chair for the Gartner IT Channel Vision Event, one of the premier channel events in EMEA and North America.

Anne Brogan brings more than a decade of telecom experience to her role as agent program manager at Nitel. Her wide range of expertise includes business development, sales, network operations, training and technology services. Along with Nitel’s channel managers, Brogan provides a layer of support for the company’s agents across the country. She is responsible for improving communication, providing training opportunities, managing promotions and raising awareness of resources, such as Nitel’s recently launched mobile application. Brogran previously was with American Telesis and Hargray Communications. She began her career as a software developer and holds a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University.

Sean Burke is a CompTIA Authorized Instructor. With a history in computer science and economics, he started his first consulting company, Computer Customizing of San Diego, when he was 15. While attending UCSB, Burke worked at Coopers and Lybrand. In 1995, he founded Computer Customizing of Santa Barbara, which later became Linklite and Govplace. In growing the company, Burke became familiar with every aspect of an IT organization including contracts, sales, finance, marketing, services and management. In 2009 and 2010 Burke helped to start several new IT companies. He has participated as an advisory board member for top IT organizations.

Ben Bronston is a nationally recognized expert in the field of telecommunications law and regulation. He has developed an extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory issues affecting agents, VARs, TEM consultants, carriers, resellers and providers of new technologies, such as hosted PBX and SaaS/cloud services. He has provided advice and counsel to many of the most highly regarded agencies, consultants and service providers in the industry and was recently selected as the winner of the Telecom Association’s 2010 Member’s Choice award in the telecom legal category. Bronston has served as a director for several telecommunications companies, including most recently a triple-play provider of satellite television, high-speed Internet and telephone services. He was also a co-founder of a private venture capital fund dedicated exclusively to the communications industry and is a former member of the Channel Partners Advisory Board. Bronston is a summa cum laude graduate of Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business and Tulane Law School.

Matt Coffy is president of Slash Wireless, a wireless strategy and cost optimization company. The company provides expert wireless analysis and consulting services for both direct customers and channel partners. Coffy's experience includes leadership sales and marketing roles at Sprint and a major TEM company. He also owns Coffy Group LLC, a leading digital marketing firm designed for channel partners to leverage the power of Internet advertising. Coffy has been involved in the channel for more than 20 years.

Andrew Cohen is vice president of ATEL Communications Inc., a carrier services master agency for voice, data, cloud services and mobilization. Cohen is an entrepreneur primarily focused on telecommunications services, hardware, and IT technology. He organized ATEL Telco Services into a global sales and marketing organization, built a strong management team and developed broad strategic direction for new products and services to meet our customer’s needs. Cohen is a Certified Cisco Partner, Certified Allworx APEX Partner, Certified Telepacific Partner, Certified Sprint Business Agent and Certified Fonality Partner.

Joe Corvaia is vice president of solution engineering at Broadview Networks, a New York-based communications and cloud solutions provider. He brings years of experience in managed services, cloud computing, cloud VoIP, complex hosting, network integration and professional services. He is responsible for leading Broadview’s cloud computing business including technical sales, pre-sale engineering, design engineering, product strategy, cloud service delivery and training across all channels, as well as all technical sales, pre-sale engineering and hosted VoIP over-lay divisions throughout the company’s service footprint in support of core services.

Craig Dingwall is an attorney with Technology Law Group. He has more than 30 years of experience representing Fortune 500 telecommunications companies, master agents, subagents, carriers and resellers on business formation, licensing, regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation and other matters. Prior to entering private practice, Dingwall spent more than 25 years at Sprint, most recently as Sprint's director of state regulatory affairs in Washington, D.C. He has published dozens of articles and presented on a variety of telecommunications topics, including agency, contracts and compensation.

Neil Ende, an A/V-rated attorney with the Technology Law Group, is a nationally recognized expert on telecommunications transactional, litigation and regulatory issues. He has served as counsel to many of the nation's largest telecommunications resellers and agents, payphone service providers and numerous other companies involved in leading edge technology applications. Ende has negotiated hundreds of carrier and agency agreements, including agreements with major telecommunications carriers, and has successfully litigated complex telecommunications cases against each of the major long-distance carriers and most of the regional Bell operating companies.

Eric Evans is the senior managing director and founding partner at Evans Hagen & Company. He leads EH&C’s Investment Banking practice, advising senior executives on all manner of financial transactions and engagements of the highest strategic importance. Over the course of his career, Evans has advised clients through financial transactions totaling in excess of $1 billion, including mergers and acquisitions. A highly skilled strategic advisor, he brings a wealth of business and financial acumen to transactions, including 24 years of expertise built throughout all sectors of the telecommunications industry.

Hilary Gadda, director of TelePacific's telepartner channel, oversees the success of the company's agent channel. She has been instrumental in helping agencies and customers achieve success by aligning their specific goals and strengths through partnerships to realize tangible business results. Gadda helped the channel achieve triple digit growth and has been a key enabler in its ongoing growth and participation in the revenue plan. Today, the channel contributes more than 40 percent of TelePacific's annual revenues. Prior to joining TelePacific in 2001, Gada worked at i7 Interactive, Teleglobe Business Solutions, Frontier Communications and MFS.

As a life-long entrepreneur, Gala Gorman, CFO of Go To Telecom, understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service to each of her company's clients. She is a strong believer in continuous improvement and applies this philosophy in business as well as her personal life. Gala choreographs the efforts of Go To Telecom's project management team to ensure that each client's specifications are met and that all telecommunications systems design, installation, maintenance and support achieve the highest standards and exceed the client's expectations. She also is responsible for performing Go To Telecom's comprehensive telecommunications audit.

Jim Hamilton is vice president of member relations for CompTIA, the IT industry association. He oversees the development and management activities of the CompTIA communities. Hamilton formerly was executive director of MSP Partners, an organization that delivered managed services education to the IT channel prior to being acquired by CompTIA. He also previously led the sales operations team for Symbium Corp., built IT environments for Ceyba and Cambrian Systems, and managed enterprise systems at Nortel and Newbridge Networks. He has a bachelor's degree from Dalhousie University and a master’s in business administrations from the University of Ottawa.

Khali Henderson is editor in chief of Channel Partners (formerly PHONE+), the unrivaled source of industry information and analysis for agents, brokers, dealers, interconnects, VARs, systems integrators and aggregators of network-based communications and computing services. Henderson has been contributing to Channel Partners as a reporter, editor and freelance writer since 1988 and has been its editor in chief since 1998. Henderson's career also includes seven years in public relations during which time her client list included the Telecommunications Resellers Association (now COMPTEL).

Michael Jerich is vice president of Level 3’s indirect sales channel. With more than 15 years of indirect sales experience, Jerich strives to make it easier for partners to conduct business with Level 3 and to provide partners with tools and resources that will help them extend their business reach and build a profitable Level 3 solutions-based business. Jerich graduated from Stanford University with a bachelor's degree in international business and political science.

Christopher R. Jones is executive director of alternate channels – mobility for AT&T Business Solutions. He is also leading the efforts across alternate channels to build strategies to address cloud computing and XaaS. Jones is responsible for acquisition sales and customer life cycle management of wireless services and applications through alternate channels of sales distribution. He previously helped build AT&T’s small business mobility sales channel, leading the professional development needs of the direct sales channel as well as managing alternate sales resources to meet customer needs and those of the business. Jones received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hobart College.

Diane Karkova is the CEO of PartnerPath LLC, as well as an original member of the partnering development firm, dedicated to helping companies elevate the impact of partnering. She isn't shy about making her opinions heard and is known among her clients and colleagues as always offering sound counsel, creative ideas and aggressive, proactive solutions. Karkova believes partnering should be an integral part of every high technology company and through proper engagement and enablement, partnerships of all types can return increased sales and profitability.

Larry Lannon is group Publisher of VIRGO’s Communications Network, which consists of three brands: Channel Partners, B/OSS and Vision2Mobile (v2m). Channel Partners, the leading brand in the indirect sales channel industry, has a suite of digital products, including a website and digital newsletters, a monthly magazine and two national annual events. Both B/OSS and v2m are centered on the global service provider industry. Lannon joined VIRGO in June 2010. He has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications technology and services industry, and more than 35 years of media experience.

Larson has been the principal of Astound Communications, which specializes in the sales of broadband and colocation wholesale products. Its clients include Sony, Hughes Telematics and Kratos Defense and Security. The company was named 2008 Growth Partner of The Year by Level 3 Communications Inc. Larson has more than 20 years of sales experience and more than 11 years in the telecom industry where he has honed skills, such as identifying and solving customer issues and managing complex solutions.

Formerly the director of marketing for a leading hosted PBX provider, Angela Leavitt launched Mojo Marketing Inc. to help telecom and technology companies more effectively accomplish their marketing goals. Specializing in branding, public relations and social media, Leavitt works with companies to increase profits and revenues through strategic marketing plans and tactics. Passionate about marketing and telecommunications, Leavitt is also a self-proclaimed social media addict. She blogs regularly for Channel Partners, sharing sales and marketing tips, ideas and strategies.

Co-founder Brian Leonard is the co-founder and chief mojo-fying officer (CMFO) at Mojo Marketing. With more than eight years of experience in marketing, revenue generation and process improvement, Leonard oversees new marketing product management, client experience, and internal quality and process control. Prior to Mojo Marketing, he created and developed Triumph Business Solutions, an Internet marketing consulting firm. Before that he worked at MRSI Consulting. Leonard earned a master’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University. He is an Advanced Toastmasters Bronze and the author of an MBA-level employee management textbook, “Performance Management: Concepts, Skills and Exercises.”

Scott Levy is AOTMP's vice president of enterprise development. He is responsible for building and managing the enterprise client development team and is also actively involved in the development of new products and setting corporate strategy. Levy is involved in the daily management of sales teams and with clients and prospects as a subject matter expert in telecom expense management (TEM), wireless mobility management (WMM) and fixed and mobile telecom environment management. His domain expertise in the TEM and WMM space extends over 18 years which enables him to provide insight and business options to clients and prospects.

Jim Lippard is a senior product manager for security products at EarthLink IT Services. His career began in information technology as a systems developer on the Multics operating system, where he participated in the reviews and testing that led to the first B2 security rating from the National Computer Security Center. He held security operations and architecture leadership positions at Primenet, GlobalCenter, Frontier and Global Crossing, and did R&D work at Genuity. He was the technical editor for "Extreme Exploits: Advanced Defenses Against Hardcore Hacks " and contributed the entry on botnets to the "Encyclopedia of CyberCrime."

Neely Loring is the president and founder of Matrix and comes from a technical background focused in both large systems (IBM AS/400) and the Windows/Intel platforms with 20 years of data operations experience. He has worked for financial services firms, primarily insurance and finance, leading their data center operations group. Matrix was founded in 1998 with the objective of bringing host-based computing technology to the mid-market using tools such as Citrix to allow companies to focus on their core competency. Loring now oversees business and technical operations for Matrix focusing on solid infrastructure, virtualization platforms and an application independent environment.

John Macario is vice president at Inzenka, a consulting company that helps clients successfully launch IP communications and cloud services products into the business market. A widely recognized thought leader in the telecommunications industry, Macario is regularly quoted in the trade press and international publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Forbes and the Financial Times. Prior to founding TelcoFuture, John was senior vice president of product strategy for Optimum Lightpath, a subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corporation, and president of Savatar, an industry leading research and consulting firm. He retains his charter membership in Red Sox Nation despite residing in New York City.

Dennis Mazaris founded Concert Technologies in June 1995. His development of comprehensive project and resource management methodologies has enabled Concert Technologies to rapidly deploy more than 200,000 infrastructure rollouts of voice, data and video networks both nationally and internationally. Mazaris has authored industry technical articles, white papers and videos for publications, standards committees and associations. SmartCEO magazine selected him for the 2011 Smart100 list, which is comprised of top CEOs in the greater Washington, D.C., area that have demonstrated an exceptional level of leadership, strategic vision and character in running a successful business.

Scott McKinney has been in the telecommunication industry for 18 years. After eight years working at various carriers and agencies, McKinney joined connecTel Inc in August 2002 as president and part owner. In addition to working with customers, McKinney run’s the day-to-day sales operations at connecTel. He is on the agent advisory boards of Windstream and EarthLink.

As Endeavor Telecom’s CEO, Justin McLain is responsible for overseeing company operations. As the steward of Endeavor’s value, he is focused on the development of new service products and strategic relationships assuring the company’s continued growth and success within the telecommunications industry and is actively involved in managing Endeavor’s relationships with its largest customers. McLain has been in executive management with Endeavor since its divestiture in 2002. Prior to that, he worked for HealthSource and Shin-Etsu Polymer Corp. McLain earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in biology from the College of Charleston.

Thomas Melville is one of the co-founders and serves as the managing partner for ITKadence LLC. He has more the 25 years of experience working for technology solutions providers including IT infrastructure, software and communications solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises and small businesses alike. An astute financial planner and experienced implementer of technology solutions, Melville provides leadership in all matters related to operations, finance and service delivery and is active in helping the company set its direction and strategy. Prior to founding ITKadence, he co-founded and served as the COO and on the board of directors of Consultedge Inc.

Brad Miehl is founder and CEO of MicroCorp Inc, one of the nation's leading telecom master agencies. Under his direction, MicroCorp supports and manages over 1,500 agents and VARS nationwide. MicroCorp maintains carrier agreements with more than 35 vendors and supports its business via an internally developed cloud based application called Nautilus. Founded in 1986, MicroCorp is a Graduate Member of the Advanced Technology Development Center at Georgia Tech and serves on the advisory board of many different telecommunication carriers and associations.

Bita Milanian is a dynamic and driven team builder and outstanding communicator whose passion is helping people and businesses thrive. A marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and maximizing market opportunities, Milanian has contributed to many organizations’ growth and success. She is the founder of Butterfly Buzz, a public relations and consulting agency that integrates three key disciplines in order to efficiently deliver results from concept through completion: consulting, creative and communications. The agency provides multiple areas of marketing under one umbrella with multilingual and cross-cultural service offerings.

Braun Mincher is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in various business ventures. He currently heads several related telecom entities specializing in telecom consulting, hosted VoIP and highly advanced IP-PBX phone systems for multi-location business enterprises and call centers nationwide. Braun’s other business endeavors include holdings in the banking, leasing, real estate and publishing sectors. His accomplishments have earned him the Ernst & Young/Inc. Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year Award and appearances on national TV networks, in addition to being profiled by numerous business publications and local media.

Anthy O’Brien is president and CEO of Top Speed Data Communications, an independent telecom agent. Top Speed Data’s mission is to streamline business networks and create custom-tailored solutions with a focus on cost savings. Top Speed Data's core customers are multilocation businesses with both national and international locations. In addition to running a successful business, Anthy is active in local nonprofits, as well as city and county economic development initiatives.

Bill Power is CEO of the Agent Alliance, a consortium of master agencies, direct sales teams and individual agents. The Alliance was formed in the late 1990’s and brings value to its shareholders by leveraging its collective distribution power, providing peer-to-peer benchmarking, sharing industry knowledge and through the consolidation of internal resources. Power previously was president and co-founder of ARG, a founding member of the Agent Alliance and a full-service telecom agency based in Washington, D.C. Power sold his interest in ARG in early 2010.

Andrew Pryfogle is the founder, president and CEO of Terrapin Solutions, a cloud services integrator and master agency headquartered in San Francisco’s East Bay. Pryfogle started Terrapin to address the growing demand for cloud services such as hosted VoIP, cloud computing and cloud infrastructure. He has been in the telecommunications industry for 23 years and has held senior sales leadership positions with carriers such as AT&T, MCI and WorldCom. In 2001 Pryfogle helped start GoBeam Communications, which was sold in 2004 to Covad Communications where Pryfogle spent three years running the channel. He is also co-founder of the Cloud Services Coalition.

Since 2005, Nancy Ridge has been vice president for master agency Telcombrokers where she has focused on relationship building and process automation to drive growth of more than 300 percent. Previously Nancy was vice president of sales for ATI, where she was responsible for creating and managing the indirect sales channel. Prior to that Ridge was a vice president for a consulting firm that pioneered the TEM concept and also was a a principal in a demand-side energy service company for 10 years.

Rebecca Rosen, senior director of marketing communications and training for TelePacific, has overarching responsibility for the TelePacific brand, customer acquisition and development strategies and training for the company. She joined TelePacific in 2001 and over the course of her tenure has played a key role in helping the company grow from $100 million to $500 million annually. Rosen focuses on strengths as a way to stimulate personal and group excellence. This specific strength along with her dynamic speaking presence positions her to lead “Driving Success Through Collaboration” as she builds teams and collaborative relationships to develop best practices that achieve bottom line results.

Mike Schmidtmann is a member of 4-Profit, an organization dedicated to the education, growth and profitability of solution providers in IT sales. 4-Profit facilitates peer groups and provides coaching on leadership, sales, operations and finance. Schmidtmann has been involved with IT sales and management for more than 20 years. He spent 10 years as national director of sales for Inacom Communications. From 1998 to 2008, he established and led the mid-Atlantic sales region for Strategic Products and Services, a highly successful Avaya solution provider. A frequent public speaker on business and management topics Schmidtmann is president-elect of the National Speakers Association - Washington, D.C. Area Chapter.

Melissa Shaw is the newest member of BroadSoft’s U.S. carrier sales team. She began her career with AT&T working in the government sector and, in 2000, joined the engineering group at One Communications (formerly Choice One Communications). Shaw spent the next six years working her way through the engineering ranks until she made the move to carrier in 2006. During her time with the carrier organization she served as manager, carrier sales engineering, and in 2008 transitioned into carrier sales. After leaving One Communications, Shaw worked with the BroadView Networks carrier sales team until her move to BroadSoft in 2011.

John Siefert joined VIRGO as CEO in 2010 after a 15-year career with United Business Media (UBM), where he was senior vice president of the InformationWeek Business Technology Network. He played a pivotal leadership role in transitioning InformationWeek from a print-centric publisher to an online network of websites, digital products and peer-to-peer analyst business. Prior to joining VIRGO and UBM, Siefert held multiple account management positions with Winston Advertising and Marketing Communications, where he worked on HDS, Polycom and a host of other enterprise IT accounts. He has a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and business marketing from San José State University.

Marko Spremo is vice president of sales and a co-founder of Telapprise LLC. As a 15-year veteran in networking and telecom, Spremo has helped Telapprise grow from its founding in 2002 as a telecom audit firm to a full-service telecom agency, offering telecom expense management, consulting and carrier services. Previously, he was a regional sales manager for a national VAR selling networking hardware and services. Spremo holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and an master’s degree in business administration from San Jose State University. He also is a member of the 2011-12 Channel Partners Advisory Board.

Joel St. Germain is the founder and CEO of Global Communications Group Inc. (GCG), a nationally recognized and award-winning telecommunications agency established in 2002. He is an industry innovator and has developed a unique business model with a clear strategic vision that has resulted in tremendous growth and success for GCG. St. Germain sits on numerous carrier advisory boards and is involved in organizations and foundations locally and abroad. Prior to Global Communications Group, he served as global account manager for AT&T and spent 11 years managing global accounts for MCI.

Scott Stein is a vice president with Cynergy Telecom and oversees all marketing and communications for the firm as well as the management of their VAR partner program. He started his career in commercial construction management and built a 150 person firm operating in both New Jersey and New York City. Stein has worked as a business consultant in the technology field, finance and human resources with a focus on operational efficiencies, client retention and new business development. He attributes most of his successes to a keen understanding of the science behind relationship building and nurturing.

As the Windstream's channel chief, Dan Sterling is responsible for growing top line revenue through strengthening partner relationships and increasing Windstream’s presence throughout the nation. Sterling is a 20-year veteran of the telecommunications industry and is very active in the community and extremely passionate about Windstream’s success. His insight and passion for the company allow him to excel as the channel chief. Sterling consistently strives for the pursuit of perfection in every aspect of his life.

Kelly Teal is senior editor of Channel Partners magazine, part of Virgo Publishing's Communications Network. She has worked as a journalist including as a reporter for The Associated Press and a local NPR affiliate for more than a decade. She holds a bachelor's degree in liberal studies from Northern Arizona University.

Edward Terry, director of strategic alliances and a founding partner of ETA, is a 20-year veteran of the telecommunications industry. He has spent the last three years building ETA’s channel partner program, LINC Program, from an informal networking group to a structured program with more than 40 active partners. Terry also is responsible for the development, growth, and ongoing support of all other indirect channels, including the Sonic Management Group’s WildFire program, which makes ETA’s carrier services offerings available to more than 50 business communications providers throughout the U.S., as well as other private-label services with independent providers.

Dan Vidal is an entrepreneur with a 12-year career in the telecom industry. He is the co-founder and managing director of Telecom Advisors, an independent firm that specializes in advising clients in the procurement of voice and data telecom services, as well as managing all aspects of their telecom life cycle. Vidal brings a broad knowledge base to the table from both a corporate telecom perspective as well as from a business management role including all aspects of running a successful telecom agent business. He is a regular contributor and speaker for Channel Partners and is a former member of the Channel Partners Advisory Board.

Tricia Ward is the founder and president of NetSource Group Inc. headquartered in Portland, Ore. NetSource Group, founded in May 2002, is a leading provider of business telecommunications network and data solutions, consulting services and telecom expense management services. Blake Wetzel has been vice president of sales for the Qwest Business Markets Group (BMG) since August 2009. In this role he oversees the Qwest Business Partner Program (QBPP), an industry-leading sales channel within Qwest comprised of more than 200 partners who have thousands of agents and sub-agents offering Qwest’s high-quality voice, data and IP services to business customers across the country. Wetzel previously served as the director of national customer care and sales support for Qwest BMG and before that, as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Qwest in 1999, he worked for MCI Communications.

David Wilson, COO of Converged Network Services Group (CNSG), joined the company with more 12 years of experience in sales and sales management roles in the voice and data communications sector. As a top performing sales manager for XO Communications' Enterprise Account team, Wilson was responsible for voice, data, colocation, hardware, and managed solutions sales for XO’s enterprise and government customers. Before that, he was a senior sales manager with Allegiance Telecom. Wilson graduated from Elon College with a bachelor's degree in business management and management information systems.

Wilson is a published author with a passion for the advancement and education of women around the world.

Tem Wu has been the wireless manager at World Telecom Group for the last few years. He has been in the wireless industry since 1996 and has sold wireless/mobility services and equipment from all carriers. Prior to joining WTG, he worked directly for Sprint. Wu is largely responsible for WTG Wireless winning the TA's Members Choice for Mobility for the last three years in a row.

Geoff Yearack is the director of the wireless division at Telecom Brokerage Inc. He has enabled partners to take advantage of adding wireless technology to the portfolios of clients, customers and agents. He has a talent for lifecycle management of customers under multiple contracts that expire at different times. Yearack pioneered the creation and implementation of TBI's Partner IQ portal. This tool gives agents the ability to report and audit their clients telecom needs in a single portal. Before joining TBI, Yearack was a founding partner at Voda Communications and was the director of operations at Strategic Telecom Solutions.
