T-Mobile's President of Business Group Callie Field will leave the company after a remarkable 21-year career. Field will step down from her current role on Sept. 30, 2025, and will continue as a strategic advisor to T-Mobile's executive leadership team until next March 31.
Field's departure comes alongside other leadership changes at T-Mobile, including the retirement of Ulf Ewaldsson as president of technology. T-Mobile CTO John Saw will succeed Ewaldsson.
Field shared the news in a LinkedIn post reflecting on her journey from starting as a frontline employee at a T-Mobile kiosk in Austin, Texas, to becoming one of the company's top executives.
"When I joined T-Mobile then, I never imagined the ride ahead," Field wrote. "I started on the frontline, helping customers and building teams, and I fell in love with the work."

As president of T-Mobile's Business Group, Field led the division through significant growth, transforming it into what she described as "the fastest-growing B2B business in the industry." Under her leadership, the team launched Advanced Network Solutions, built T-Priority for First Responders, and delivered record growth.
T-Mobile has named André Almeida, a current board member, as president of growth and emerging businesses effective Sept. 1. Almeida will oversee the company's broadband, T-Ads, financial services, enterprise, and government businesses.
In her announcement, Field expressed gratitude to her mentors, including former CEO John Legere, current CEO Mike Sievert, and COO Srini Gopalan. While she hasn't disclosed specific plans for her next chapter, Field indicated she will "turn toward new challenges and explore passions waiting in the wings" after completing her advisory period.
Field serves on the boards of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and DialPad, an AI-powered customer intelligence platform, and previously served on the boards of ServiceMax and the Asian University for Women.
