Channel Partners Conference & Expo’s in-person event has been postponed to March 2-5, 2021 at the Venetian in Las Vegas. Channel Partners will not be hosting an in-person physical event in the U.S. this year due to the continuing circumstances regarding COVID-19.

Nevertheless, we believe the need for our community to connect, inform and innovate is stronger than ever, and the Informa Tech Channel Group is committed to providing you the same level of education and community that the Channel is accustomed to finding at our physical events. We are excited to announce the launch of the Virtual edition of Channel Partners Conference & Expo and Channel Partners Evolution. Join us September 8-10, 2020 for three days of top-notch content and networking at the brand-new Channel Partners Virtual: Digital Events for the Modern Channel.

Hotel reservations within our room block are automatically being canceled. Refunds will be processed in 3-5 business days. Any specific questions around housing should go to our housing provider, Convention Housing Partners, at [email protected]. To reinstate your reservation please call the Venetian Hotel directly.

As a registered attendee of our rescheduled September 2020 physical edition, your registration and pass type will automatically roll over to the March 2021 event in Las Vegas. Even more, you can redeem an equivalent pass type to the virtual edition this September 8-10 at no extra charge. For exhibitors and sponsors you have a few options:

A sales representative will contact you to discuss sponsorship opportunities within our virtual platforms. Channel Partners will host a webinar within the next couple of weeks to demo the interactive platform. With our determination to be as flexible as possible for exhibitors and sponsors with existing contracts, we offer multiple options:

  • Transfer all or any portion of the contracted amount to the Virtual Event taking place September 8-10, 2020
  • Transfer any portion of the contracted funds to Channel Futures or Channel Partners Media Programs, Webcasts, Lead Generation or Custom Content Creation
  • Transfer any portion of the contracted funds to Channel Evolution Europe Virtual Event on December 1-2, 2020.
  • Transfer any portion of the contracted funds to the Virtual 360 Roundtable series or CP Workshop series
  • Any remaining funds will be applied to Channel Partners Expo & Conference 2021 taking place March 2-4 at The Venetian & Sands Expo, Las Vegas. (Any non-refundable venue deposits will be rolled over to 2021 without penalty.)

For our exhibiting customers, here is what we know so far:

  • The Sands: We are working with the venue currently to understand how F&B and AV order cancellations will be handled. 
  • Lead Retrieval: There is nothing more important to Experient than taking good care of our valued exhibitors, especially during times of uncertainty. For those companies who planned to exhibit at Channel Partners and Channel Partners Evolution, Experient has amended their standard refund policy. To receive a full refund for your lead retrieval purchase on this event, please send a refund request to: [email protected]. Please include a copy of your receipt/confirmation or invoice number and allow 7 to 10 business days for processing by Experient. We will honor all refund requests for 90 days after the event’s original move-in date of September 5, 2020. We look forward to seeing you soon at your next show.
  • Freeman order cancellations are as follows:
    • All freight in the warehouse will be charged at 50%
    • All standard furniture orders will be refunded at 100%
    • All custom cut carpet / prestige carpet will be billed at 30%
    • All custom booths will receive a 75% discount
      • Graphics will be billed at 100%

SHIPMENTS THAT WERE SENT TO THE ADVANCE WAREHOUSE:
